About me

My name is Jakob Schulze-Rohr. I'm a professional senior 3D animator with a twenty years business-experience, based in Hamburg since 2001. I've been specialising in Character-Animation which always had been my real devotion and though I mostly worked for professional advertising my heart beats for good storytelling and acting.
During my studies at Film-school I was introduced to all aspects of the filmmaking process including scriptwriting, editing, directing and the principles of animation and with the main focus on 3D I learned to work interdisciplinary in teams.

After almost nine years of working for a prestigious company I decided 2008 to stretch my wings a bit and started working as a freelancer in the area of Hamburg.
I am always interested in jobs involving character-animation, whether it's in advertising, music video or feature film.
